By accessing, subscribing to, or purchasing the Brahmastra medical study notes provided by Dr. Keshav, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of the terms, you are prohibited from accessing or using our services.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and personal license to access the study materials for individual, non-commercial education purposes. Access is strictly limited to a single device per user account at any given time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Account sharing, distribution of login credentials, or transferring access to third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your service without eligibility for a refund.
All prices for accessing Brahmastra notes are shown in INR (Indian Rupee) unless specified otherwise. Payment transactions are securely handled by our processing partner Razorpay. We do not store, process, or view your credit card or net banking details on our servers.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Payments are non-refundable since digital content is accessed instantly. Once purchased, no cancellations, chargebacks, or refunds apply.
The notes that we are selling are not fully created by the author. These are curated from multiple sources and have been edited by the author in a profound way so the learning becomes more grasped and much more enhanced for the students or the users.
You agree not to engage in scraping, extracting, harvesting, republishing, compiling, reselling, translating, or redistributing the Brahmastra study notes, images, website code, layout, or documents. Violation of this clause will lead to permanent IP banning, account deletion, and potential legal action.
All site design, styling, custom code, logos, and the curated/edited compilation of study resources are the proprietary intellectual property of Dr. Keshav. Nothing in these terms grants you any title, ownership, or commercial rights to the materials.
The study materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Dr. Keshav does not guarantee specific exam outcomes, grades, or university success. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws of the jurisdiction of the author's residence. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located therein.
